Disc Golf in Lauritzen Field

The Birdie Disc Golf Course was installed in the City Park in 2014. It’s a 9-hole course known for its combination of tight tree shots and open field play with spectacular views over Utah Valley. The course is currently open, but due to the flood channel built through the park in late 2020, holes 3 and 4 are currently closed for rerouting. We hope to see the rerouting completed this summer. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to visit and play the available 7 holes.

Cross Country Skiing in Woodland Hills

Woodland Hills City Park and Lauritzen Field are groomed for cross-country skiing (classic style), winter walking, and snowshoeing during the winter months. The park’s 6000-ft elevation, commanding views, and mix of wooded and meadow trails, make it one of the premier settings for Nordic enthusiasts in Utah County.
